Requirements:

To enrol in Learn AVT Course in Auditory-Verbal Therapy you need to hold a

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP)/ Teacher of the Deaf (ToD) or
  • Master’s degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (MASLP)/ Teacher of the Deaf (ToD) or
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education of the Deaf or Education, Hearing Impairment B.Ed.(HI)/ M.Ed.(HI) or
  • Master’s degree in Audiology (MSc. Audiology) or
  • An equivalent degree
  • With a minimum passing score of 50% or more.

Duration of Course : 6 Months

Learn AVT has been approved by the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language to offer 44 LSLS CE hours.

You will be awarded a Completion Certificate on successfully completing Learn AVT with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.40.

A Foundation in Auditory-Verbal Therapy

Level: Introductory

A Foundation in Auditory-Verbal Therapy supports your interest in learning about Auditory-Verbal Therapy.

Requirements:

To enrol in Foundation in Auditory-Verbal Therapy , you need to hold a

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP)/ Teacher of the Deaf (ToD) or
  • Master’s degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (MASLP)/ Teacher of the Deaf (ToD) or
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education of the Deaf or Education, Hearing Impairment B.Ed.(HI)/ M.Ed.(HI) or
  • Master’s degree in Audiology (MSc. Audiology) or
  • An equivalent degree
  • With a minimum passing score of 50% or more
