Learn AVT Course

Learn AVT is an online training course in Auditory-Verbal Therapy for professionals working with families with babies and young children with hearing loss.

• Duration of Course: 6 consecutive months
• Total Viewing Time: 42 hours
• Hours of study per week: 3 hours per week (on average)
• Virtual Discussions with Shefali Shah on curricular topics: 3 hours every month (the second and fourth Thursday of  every month)
• Technological requirements to take this course: High speed connectivity and a smart phone or a personal computer
• Class size: 10 professionals

Fees & Payment Schedule:

• This fee is non- refundable.
• Course fees are to be paid in 2 instalments.
• The first instalment is due before the course begins.
• The second and final instalment is due at the end of Month 3 of training and before Month 4 commences.
• Access to course material becomes available only on the on-time payment of fees.

Participating professionals who maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.4 over 6 consecutive months in Learn AVT, will receive a Certificate of Learning.
